This is a log of four secondary school students' efforts to learn about other cultures in the world. We are learning about other cultures by trying out different foods, learning languages and through dance. This is shown through photos, videos and other media to make it more interesting!

Chicken to the Stars
I ordered the Pollo ad Astra pizza from Pizza Express with a Sprite. The 'pollo', meaning chicken in Italian and 'ad astra' being a Latin phrase meaning 'to the stars'. It was a combination of red onions, sweet peppadew peppers, cajun spices and chicken which I recommend for an Italian dish. The peppadew peppers are actually south African but they are used frequently in Italian cooking.
